Black Guillemot - presumed the returning male, next to the wooden jetty - calling
Twite - 44 north wall. At 12.00 there were 47, including 2 unringed.
Linnet - 3 with twite.

Outfalls/Ocean Edge
Little Gull - ad end of Heysham 2 outfall
Wheatear - just one

11 Goldcrest & two Chiffchaff caught on the reserve

First Parsnip moth of the year

Elsewhere
Northbound Osprey 1400hrs Aldcliffe (one on pager for 'Lune Estuary' - same?). Great Grey Shrike still Dalton Crags. Marsh Harrier Leighton Moss since LAST evening. Two more Bitterns almost certainly seen to depart Leighton Moss on dusk migration = appeared to head high to SE
